Razinah was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2012 after obtaining her LLB (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). She specializes in commercial disputes, corporate drafting, commercial drafting and debt recovery.

Aswath A/L Ramakrishnan
Aswath read Law at Northumbria University, Newcastle in the United Kingdom. After being admitted as a Barrister-at-Law in the Middle Temple, he practised with the International Criminal Courts in the Hague, Netherlands with the United Nations. Upon his return to Malaysia, he continued his practice with Messrs. Shearn Delamore & Co. as part of its dispute resolution department. He now heads the General Litigation practice of the firm.

Muhammad Asyraf bin Zulkipli
Muhammad Asyraf was admitted to the Malaysian Bar after completing his Bachelor of Law at Multimedia University and obtaining his LL.B (Hons). Ashraf is part of the Firm’s Conveyancing Department where he is adept at drafting Sale and Purchase Agreements and preparing loan documentation.

Pook Fong Fee
Pook Fong Fee, a Professional Engineer with more than 36 years of experience in the construction industry with more than 10 years of involvement in arbitration proceedings obtained his LLB from the University of London and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020. The main areas of his practice as a Legal Associate are in commercial and contractual disputes in particular disputes in construction contracts. His experience and knowledge in technical, operational and implementation skills in respect of construction projects coupled with his legal knowledge gives him an edge over others.

Bryant Yan Shin Chee
Bryant obtained his LL.B (Hons) from the University of London. He is now part of the firm’s Corporate practice group. His practice mainly focuses on corporate and commercial law. Bryant specializes in the drafting of investment agreements, joint venture agreements and policies for e-commerce. Bryant also assists in the incorporation of a company, striking off companies from Registrar and also handles the preparation of company resolutions.

Nur Sazierah Binti Yusoff
Nur Sazierah was admitted to the Malaysian Bar after obtaining his LL.B (Hons) from Multimedia University (MMU). She is a passionate and committed lawyer whose areas of practice for the firm is General Litigation, Banking Litigation, and Criminal Litigation. Nur Sazierah also handles judicial review cases, medical negligence and insurance matters.

Nurul Amira Binti Mohd Zahir
Amira was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya after obtaining her LLB (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She further graduated with a Diploma in Syariah Law & Practice (DSLA) from University Teknologi Mara (UiTM). She is adept in banking and finance including drafting both conventional and Islamic loan documentation. She currently heads the conveyancing department of ADR & Co.

Ruben obtained his LLB (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He is the Managing Partner and heads the Corporate Department of the firm. He is well versed in Commercial Litigation, Corporate & Commercial Drafting, Trust & Will, Intellectual Property, and Construction Law. He is an active member of The Charted Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and Malaysia Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb). Ruben is also a registered Trademark Agent with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) and a Certified Company Secretary.

Chairmaine obtained her LLB from the University of London with a highly commendable second class honour (upper division). She commenced her practice in Messrs. Rahmat Lim & Partners where she specialized in regulatory & compliance matters for MNCs. She is now part of the Firm’s Corporate Department where she handles matters concerning corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisition, joint venture, taxation and competition law. She also advises on matters related to
e-commerce and the financial services sector.

Masha obtained her LL.B(Hons) from Multimedia University and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018. She is now an associate in Ahmad Deniel Ruben & Co’s Litigation practice group. Masha is experienced in general, civil and corporate litigation matters. Her practice extends to family law, land-related matters, administration of probate and debt recovery. She has also handled a wide spectrum of contractual and commercial disputes, defamation suits and enforcement and execution proceedings.

Weera Premananda
Weera's key strengths lie in the area of General Litigation, Civil Litigation, Employment Law / Industrial Relations, Commercial & Corporate Litigation, Non-Contentious Probate & Will drafting, as well as Banking Litigation / Execution Proceedings. He also handles strata-related matters for the firm. Weera is no stranger in the hallways of justice, having frequently appeared in most tiers of Court including the Court of Appeal, most of the High Courts in West Malaysia and even the Industrial Court to conduct Hearings and Trials. He is widely known among his peers in the profession for his wide array of legal articles published at BrainyLaw. During weekends, Weera can be found lecturing on the subject of Civil Procedure (CLP) to Law Students and aspiring lawyers. Weera is also part of the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee (Term 22/23), serving as the Chairperson of the Kuala Lumpur Bar Pupils Committee.
